Step One:  Put away your digital camera.  Turn off the computer.
Step Two:  Read the book, and find something you want to cook.  Call some friends, invite them to dinner.
Step Three: Shop, prep, cook.  Take your time. Taste, smell, savor.
Step Four:  When ready to serve, eat, laugh, talk, ENJOY.
Step Five: Remember how good it feels to sit down at the table and share a meal with people you like.
Step Six: Repeat.  Often.
